Gordon Brown gets encouragament from Manchester Oxfam volunteers ahead of his first party conference as leader next week. Oxfam is urging the Prime Minister to 'go' further to end poverty in the thirld world, act on climate change and a variety of other issues.
Trade Action Day
The Trade Justice Movement organised a Day of Action on Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs). EPAs are trade agreements that can dramatically increase poverty in some of the world's poorest countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
